YIN is a medium pigmented black cream polish that stamps. (in Chinese philosophy) the passive female principle of the universe, characterized as female and sustaining and associated with earth, dark, and cold. Origin from Chinese yīn ‘feminine’, ‘moon’, ‘shade’. There's light and dark, day and night, good and evil, yin and yang. Yin and yang or yin-yang refers to a concept originating in ancient Chinese philosophy where opposite forces are seen as interconnected and counter-balancing.
